In the summer of 2011 Deb covered ~370 miles of the TransAmerica Bicycle Route 76 in the RideForJim event in honor of her dad, Jim Young. Dad has been fighting Stage IV lung cancer since April 2010. The RideForJim event raises money for cancer research.
I wanted to let you know that my Dad passed this morning after a valiant fight against his cancer. Words cannot express how appreciative I have been of your support for him and for me.
